At TrueHumsafar.com, we provide affordable and transparent pricing for profile listings to help our members find suitable matches in a halal and professional environment. By purchasing a listing, you agree to this Pricing Policy.

1. Available Listing Plans

We currently offer the following paid listing options:

  1. Standard Profile – ₹99

    • Your profile will be listed in the directory.

    • Not Featured: Your profile will not appear in the featured section.

    • Limited Contact Visibility: You will not be able to display your email ID or phone number in the directory.

  2. Premium Profile – ₹199 

    • Your profile will be featured in the directory for higher visibility.

    • Full Contact Access: You can display your email ID and phone number so that interested members can contact you directly.

    • Priority Placement: Premium profiles appear above standard profiles in search results and listings.

    • More Visibility & Trust: Highlighted as a premium member to attract more serious proposals.

2. Validity of Plans

  1. Each profile listing is valid for e.g., 30 days / 3 months from the date of activation.
  2. After the validity period, the listing will expire automatically unless renewed.

3. Payment Terms

  1. Prices are fixed and clearly displayed before checkout.
  2. All payments are processed securely via our authorized payment gateways.
  3. Charges are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes (if any).

4. Non-Refundable Fees

  1. All listing charges are final and non-refundable.
  2. No refunds will be made if:

    • You do not receive responses.

    • You delete your profile before the expiry date.

    • You purchased the wrong plan.

    • Your profile is removed for violating our Terms & Conditions or Islamic guidelines.

5. Plan Upgrade / Downgrade

  1. You may upgrade from a Standard Profile (₹99) to a Premium Profile (₹199) by paying the difference.
  2. Downgrades are not allowed, and no refunds will be given for moving to a lower plan.

6. Auto-Renewal & Cancellation

  1. Currently, plans are one-time payments and do not auto-renew (if this changes, we will update our policy).
  2. Once purchased, a plan cannot be cancelled, paused, or transferred to another account.

7. Pricing Changes

  1. TrueHumsafar.com reserves the right to revise pricing, features, or validity of plans at any time.
  2. Any changes will apply to new purchases only. Existing active plans will remain valid until expiry.
