Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before purchasing any subscription or paid service. By making a payment on our platform, you agree to the terms below.
1. Strict No-Refund Policy
All payments made on TrueHumsafar.com are final and non-refundable.
Once you purchase a subscription, package, or paid service, no refund, return, or adjustment will be provided, regardless of your usage, satisfaction, or results.
We do not guarantee that you will find a match, receive responses, or achieve your matrimonial goals. Our responsibility is limited to providing a platform to connect profiles.
2. No Refund in the Following Situations
You are not eligible for a refund in cases including (but not limited to):
You did not find a match or receive desired responses.
You did not use the services during your subscription period.
You deleted your profile before your subscription expired.
You were not satisfied with profile suggestions or matches.
You changed your mind after payment.
You purchased the wrong plan or duplicate plan.
You faced issues due to incorrect information provided by you.
Your profile was removed for violating Terms & Conditions or Islamic guidelines
3. Cancellation of Subscription
You may cancel auto-renewal of your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting support.
Cancellation will only stop future payments. It will not refund the current subscription fee.
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period.
4. Profile Deactivation or Deletion
If you choose to deactivate or delete your account, your paid plan will remain active until expiry but no refund will be issued.
Once deleted, your profile and access to services cannot be restored.
5. Profile Suspension by TrueHumsafar.com
If we suspend or terminate your profile due to:
Fake or misleading information,
Multiple profiles,
Harassment or abusive behavior,
Activities against Islamic values,
Misuse of the platform,
You will lose access to all services without any refund or credit.
6. No Trial or Partial Refunds
We do not offer trial accounts.
Partial refunds for unused days or unused services are not provided.
7. Technical Errors & Payments
In rare cases of duplicate transactions or failed payment success messages, you must contact us immediately at contact@truehumsafar.com with proof.
Verified duplicate charges will be adjusted or refunded within 7–10 business days.
Except for such genuine technical issues, no other refunds will be entertained.
8. Discretionary Exception
Any refund provided beyond this policy will be solely at the discretion of TrueHumsafar.com management, and such decisions will be final and binding.
9. Acceptance of Policy
By purchasing a subscription or paid service on TrueHumsafar.com, you acknowledge that you have:
